SEH specializes in professional network solutions. The company's core businesses are network printing and enabling use of USB devices via network. 30 years of experience stand for an innovative and versatile product portfolio as well as for custom-tailored solutions that meet individual needs.

All products are developed and produced at the company's headquarters in Bielefeld, Germany. US and UK subsidiaries as well as an extensive network of partners, distributors, and resellers allow for worldwide distribution.

Customers include small and middle-sized companies, corporate groups, public authorities and institutions from various sectors.

The Förderkreis Elektrotechnik e.V. was founded in 1997 as a nonprofit organization by members of the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering and former graduates of the Technical College of Mittelhessen.

The purpose of the sponsoring group is to support the department in carrying out its teaching and research activities as well as to promote professional contacts between the department and industrial partners.

This feedback ensures the exchange of information and technology with industry. In addition, we ensure our practical training and thus the motivation of our students - the future engineers.

Optence was founded in 2001 as a competence network for optical technologies on the initiative of the Ministry of research and education. It has been awarded with the Silver Label of the European Cluster Excellence Initiative and is a member of the “go-cluster” program of the Federal Ministry of Economics and Energy (BMWi). The number of members of the network has risen by 85% in the last six years and currently stands at 86 actors, most of them are small and medium-sized enterprises. 

An important field of activity of Optence is the organization of Working groups and professional training courses. Optence also organizes guided tours in companies (“members visiting members”), technology and networking days, wich provide members with a platform for contact and exchange of information.

The self-understanding of the network is that of a service provider for its members to generate innovation, growth and jobs.

AEGRAFLEX is the abbreviation for "ASSOCIATION EUROPÉENNE DES GRAVEURS ET DES FLEXOGRAPHES" (European Association of Engravers and Flexographers), and this is exactly what it includes: an institution which, together with the individual national engravers' and flexographers' associations, is active for the entire industry in Europe. AEGRAFLEX is the name giver and sponsor of the trade exhibition "Graflex" for engravers and flexographers.

The VDMA represents more than 3,200 member companies in the SME-dominated mechanical and systems engineering industry in Germany and Europe.

An initiative of regional institutions and companies from industry, trade, crafts and services that has been committed to digitalisation in business and society since 1996. It focuses on the area of IT security with the media IT Security Forum and regular network meetings as well as the nationwide provision of high-speed internet for a strong economy in rural areas.
